SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for pre-made product arrivals. We will post frequent updates on shipping and delays on our Instagram (@losers_cult).

For pre-order style orders, please allow additional time for the production and shipping to be completed. Wait times can vary but will be somewhere between 3-8 weeks.

We try our very best to ship out our pieces in a timely manner. All orders that have been processed, cannot be modified or cancelled.

In the event that your order is returned to us by the postal service or courier for any reason, we regret to inform you that we cannot assume responsibility for this situation. If you wish to have the package reshipped, kindly purchase a shipping label and send it to us via email at loserscult999@gmail.com or through our Instagram.

For our international customers, it's important to note that your orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, over which we have no control. Regrettably, we are unable to cover these charges, and we are unable to calculate them in advance before your order is placed. These fees will be assessed upon the arrival of your order.

We strongly advise you to consult with your local customs office to ascertain the nature and extent of these additional costs before making your purchase.

We do not assume liability for any packages that may become lost or stolen during the shipping process.

If your package is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, we kindly ask that you initiate an investigation with your chosen carrier.
